Randall K. Hart 

Randall K. Hart has over 30 years of experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Auditing. He has strong leadership skills with the proven ability to lead construction management and auditing teams to successful completion of over $3.0 billion of capital projects— on schedule and within budget. Randy had leadership role in performance of $3.0+ billion in construction audits and compliance reviews with the ability to sustain high level of performance in the management of a large volume of complex projects. He has expertise in construction contract development and negotiation.

  • Principal of Construction Auditing & Accounting Professionals (CAAP), a firm that assists capital project owners with controlling schedule, scope and costs of their projects.

  • Construction management and auditing of $8.0 billion in construction projects.

  • Delivered over $3.0 billion in hospital/healthcare construction projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Cost control and audit of over $500 million paper mill expansion

  • Directed team of professionals in construction management and financial control of over $250 million annually in capital expenditures, ranging from minor facility renovations to new $200 million state of the art hospital.

  • Successful completion of over 500 healthcare construction projects.

  • New construction put in place exceeds 3.5 million square feet.

  • Negotiated over $2.0 billion in direct construction contracts agreements, and change order requests.

  • Directed the development of 5, 10, 20 year Hospital Facility Master Plan.

  • Established, reviewed, and monitored construction budgets to ensure financial control of over $2.0 billion in capital expenditures.

  • Developed in-house auditing function for a major retailer and a major wood products/paper manufacturer. Recovered over $50 million in non-reimbursable construction and architectural/engineering costs and created a control environment that enhanced cost-saving efforts.

  • Developed and oversaw the implementation of a comprehensive cost tracking system for multi-billion dollar capital expansion program.

  • Developed new Policies & Procedures Manual for a Construction Management Department.
