Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) – provide expertise in interpretation and application of FARs paying particular attention to allowable and unallowable costs.

Subcontract Management Consulting for Federal Contractors – work closely with the Contractor to put the subcontracting plan into action and monitor goal attainment.  Typical errors found during audits include: missed small business opportunities; unsubstantiated small business status; and claiming a disadvantaged status with expired or non-existent SDB, 8(a), or HUBZone certifications.  Services provided, include:

Construction Auditing – our construction auditing services are customized to your specific capital project, but have previously involved the review of: subcontractor/material supplier monthly pay applications; Contractor and subcontractor Change Orders; and the Contractor’s monthly pay application for compliance to facilitate prompt payment.  Items such as general conditions review, validation of Contractor direct and indirect costs, time keeping & payroll.

Davis-Bacon Compliance – verifying the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act are being adhered to, which directs contractors and subcontractors to pay their workers minimum hourly pay rates and fringes, by work classifications, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) – Act as independent 3^rd-party in procuring government contract bid and award information.
