Public Sector (Government) Contracting

Davis-Bacon Compliance – verifying the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act are being adhered to, which directs contractors and subcontractors to pay their workers minimum hourly pay rates and fringes, by work classifications, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.

 

Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Act as independent 3rd-party in procuring government contract bid and award information.
